There's a clear dedication to both the art and flavor of sushi here. Everything we've tried has been delicious and thoughtfully prepared. It's a casual spot that makes for an easy date night meet-up for my husband and me. We've never experienced long waits, and the service is always prompt.

Service was friendly and sweet Their menus are so fancy and hardcovers I ordered the 10pc sushi set with some hot green tea. The wasabi was nice and the rice on the nigiri wasn't overwhelming. Generous cuts of fish. I was surprised by the lack of fishy taste for the tuna. Albacore never stood out to me but their albacore melted in my mouth. Salmon was fresh and fatty too. The spicy tuna roll was also plump and generous too. A bit pricey but you're getting your quality worth.

From the get go, very friendly and inviting. Staff made us feel welcomed. Miso soup delivered as you sit down. Good timing and part of your meal I guess. The waiter was very accommodating when I wanted to order outside that traditional packages too. Sushi/ sashimi was delicious and fresh! We will be back again and glad we found this strip mall gem. Bathrooms were also very clean.

What a great place! My brother "Mac Glasses" recommended it when I was caught in a downpour while driving on the 15. Everything was perfect! And honestly, I've never left a sushi completely full. So delicious, too! The crispy rice tuna appetizer and miso soup as appetizers were excellent. Salmon skin roll and assorted sushi were both so clean and delicious. And at the sushi bar, the owner was serving me. What a treat! Definitely coming back!

Fire fish is authentic in decor, menu and service. The menu is arranged nicely. For example " tempura rolls", "fried rolls", "veggie rolls". We had good service, sat outside because it was a beautiful day. They should dress up the patio with pretty plants. Just a suggestion. We had excellent spicy scallop hand rolls. Yumm!!! Also we had the spider roll & it was excellent. Light & fresh crab. Good sushi - tuna, yellowtail. Overall the fish is very fresh, sauces do not overwhelm. We want to sit at the sushi bar next time & enjoy watching the chefs.

Dined here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The food is fresh and the servers were welcoming. We were greeted with miso soup which was a nice and unexpected. I do wish they had a more expansive lunch menu but overall a really good spot! I had one of their lunch specials and tea and it ended up being close to $30 with tip. Not terrible, but on the higher side for lunch.

The good: This was fire sushi! We were given four bowls of miso soup immediately. We got two sushi rolls and both were delicious with a nice seared flavor. The presentation was nice and rolls were made in a timely manner. Our server was quick and attentive. The plaza has plenty of parking. The kids menu has tons of options and both of my kids enjoyed the udon with shrimp tempura. This place is located in a nice plaza with lots of things to do, eat or see. The bad: I don't think there's any outdoor dining. I wish the kids udon came with more the one piece of tempura. I wish they gave more pickled ginger from the beginning. The interesting: They had glass sculptures designed to look like balloons that my toddler wanted so badly.

Was in the area came on a whim after painting nearby, and to our surprise not a long wait and food was good. From the start they had good service apologizing for a 5 minute wait then seating us promptly, and checking in all evening if our needs were met. We started with edamame which was a bit over steamed so a little mushy and could have better flavor. Then the rolls, we all got a variety tasted good, nice sushi rice flavor, and most were rolled well. Some fell apart (soy paper) ones but overall everyone left full. Rolls are large and nicely presented, so we left with some leftovers. Fish was fresh, not too fishy or smelly (all good signs). For mainland and commercialized sushi, it was pretty good and a nice way to end the evening, we would come back when visiting the area again.

Highly recommend this place! Food was delicious and service was fast! Plenty of variety and creative rolls! Location is lovely with other cute shops nearby. I would recommend all 3 rolls but if I had to rank it would be: 1. battle roll: my favorite roll out of the 3! refreshing. loved the snow crab. sweet and a bit of spice, with assorted fish (tuna, salmon, albacore?) 2. galaxy roll: buttery, creamy taste! cooked salmon and white fish, buttery from creamy mayo and a little tang 3. monster roll: cooked shrimp tempura in the middle, sweet fried onion on top resembling blooming onion, tangy gray sauce, with some spice from jalapeño and spicy tuna clean plates with no complaints!
